"Spoke with Rhonda. 10/10 agent genuinely cares about people. I used to have a Honda a few years ago had State Farm insurance on it and really liked their business model. Had my Kia with Geico at the time and didn't wanna switch due to laziness and had a lot of loyalty discounts. Geico fell through due to card issues, lost my coverage and discounts with them because of a billing error. Wish I had switched back then and stayed with State Farm but now I'm back with them because coverage is cheaper and better with State Farm even after the Geico discounts. It was clear that Rhonda treated me like more than just another customer. Would recommend to anyone every time!"
